Berwood's lodging (main house) is part of our integrated wedding and entertainment facilities, sitting near the Banquet Hall on the 200 acres farm.  

The house was built in 1875 and has been fully remodeled with modern conveniences, including private baths for each room and a central air conditioning system. 

With the wedding event, we have 3 private rooms available to rent.  Our largest room occupies the entire 3rd floor, with great views of the grounds (North, East and South).  The other 2 rooms are on the second floor, each unique in their design and decor.   Multi-night stays are available. 

A gourmet, multi-course breakfast is served every morning at 9:00 AM.  Depending on the weather, it will be served in the main dining room, on the wrap-around porch with separate table settings, or outside, only a few feet from the house.
